Property Specialist, Paranaque

Job Description:

• Ensure proper maintenance and monitoring of units.
• Facilitate communication with tenants and compile reports on unit-related concerns.
• Facilitate repairs and inspect units for damage.
• Creating monthly reports
• Conducting site visits to property buildings.
• Manage bill payments, notarizations, document deliveries, and receptions.
• Facilitate communication with tenants and compile reports on unit-related concerns.
• Manage the processing and follow-up of work permits, gate passes, and tenant move-ins and move-outs.
• Attend to move-out unit turnovers by coordinating with tenants.
• Generate Official Receipts.

Candidate Qualifications

• Preferably with work experience in real estate, property management, or a related field.
• Accepting candidates with a bachelors degree; preference will be given to those with qualifications in office administration, property management, or similar disciplines.
• A strong background in customer service is highly valued.
• Proficient in MS Office and Google Workspace applications.
• Demonstrated willingness to learn, with the ability to adapt to administrative and field tasks.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Tagalog.

• Willing to be assigned in Paraaque City
