Job Title: IT Sales Specialist

Location: Paraaque City

Job Summary:

The IT Sales Specialist plays a critical role in the sales process by identifying customer needs, designing tailored IT solutions, and providing technical expertise to support sales teams. This position requires a strong understanding of ERP systems, software solutions, and website development, combined with excellent communication and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate has experience in selling ERP or software solutions and excels in building strong client relationships to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and identify potential customers for ERP and website development solutions.
  • Work closely with the sales team to qualify leads, understand client needs, and recommend appropriate solutions.
  • Develop and deliver compelling product demonstrations, technical presentations, and proof-of-concept (PoC) sessions.
  • Design and document tailored IT solutions that align with customer requirements.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and tenders, ensuring they meet both technical and business requirements.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support, including responding to RFPs/RFQs and addressing client inquiries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, product, and support) to ensure smooth solution implementation.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to refine solution offerings and stay ahead in the market.
  • Organize workshops and training sessions for clients and internal teams to enhance product knowledge.
  • Support sales efforts by engaging with prospective clients, fostering relationships, and driving revenue growth.
  • Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and explore opportunities for additional services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in sales, technical sales, solution consulting, preferably in ERP or software solutions.
  • knowledge of ERP systems.
  • Experience in selling ERP or software solutions, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge on website development, and IT infrastructure.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and emerging IT trends is a plus.
