- Supervise and coordinate on-site electrical and mechanical works
- Ensure proper installation, testing, and commissioning of equipment and systems
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management
- Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulations
- Identify and resolve technical issues promptly
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
- Prepare reports and documentations
- Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience as a Site Engineer, preferably in pit out or construction projects
- Strong knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Strong leadership and communication abilities
- Knowledge of safety standards and procedures
