HR Specialist/Assistant, Paranaque

An HR assistant provides essential administrative support to the Human Resources department, handling tasks such as employee record maintenance, recruitment support, onboarding, and payroll processing. They act as a liaison for employee inquiries and ensure compliance with company policies, requiring strong organizational, communication, and confidentiality skills.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

• Screening applications
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates
• Prepare onboarding documents for new hires

2. Employee Records Management

• Maintain and update employee 201 files and HR database
• Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee records
• Monitor and track employee movements (hiring, transfer, resignation)

3. Payroll & Benefits Support

• Handle government benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG)
• Assist employees with benefits inquiries

4. Administrative Support

• Prepare HR-related documents (contracts, memos, certificates)
• Handle employee inquiries and concerns
• Support HR projects and initiatives

5. Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
• Assist in preparing HR reports (headcount, turnover, etc.)

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and labor laws is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to handle confidential information
• Willing to learn and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
