HR Officer/HR Generalist, Las Pinas

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Psychology, or a related field
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as HR Generalist.
• Working Experience in Construction Industry.
• Strong knowledge of general HR Functions (recruitment, payroll, benefits, and employee relations)
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willing to assign in South Fobres Silang Cavite
• Can Start Immediately

Key Responsibilities;

• Serve as the primary HR representative at assigned sites.
• Assist in recruitment onboarding, payroll, employee relations and disciplinary procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
• Address employee queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate and updated employee records on site.
