Content & Community Specialist (PH Market), Paranaque

Responsibilities

> Create engaging posts in Taglish (Tagalog + English)

> Write FAQs, beginner guides, promotions, and user winning stories

> Adapt content to Filipino culture, humor, and trends

> Manage Telegram and Facebook groups

> Initiate conversations and drive daily engagement

> Respond to user inquiries promptly

> Build a fun, active, and loyal community

> Plan and execute campaigns (polls, giveaways, etc.)

> Encourage user-generated content (UGC)

> Identify and nurture active/VIP users

> Maintain a weekly content calendar

> Analyze performance and optimize strategies

> Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns

Job Requirements

Strong understanding of local internet culture & trends

Experience managing online communities (FB Groups, Telegram, etc.)

Creative, engaging, and with a good sense of humor

Able to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in gaming, entertainment, or betting industry

Experience working with influencers or online communities

Basic graphic design or video editing skills
