Requirements
- Manage and oversee the financial collection process for assigned accounts.
- Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner.
- Communicate with clients regarding outstanding balances and efficient payment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and updates to accounts.
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve billing issues.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 13 years in a finance or collection role
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented and organized
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to analyze accounts and suggest improvements
