About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Sales & Business Development Executive who will be based in Manila but will take full ownership of our provincial accounts nationwide.

This role requires someone who is comfortable being on the groundtraveling regularly to different provinces to open new accounts, strengthen existing partnerships, and ensure

excellent in-store execution.


You will serve as the key driver of provincial growth, acting as the bridge between our company, our customers, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution from negotiation to fulfillment.


What Youll Be Responsible For

  1. Provincial Account Ownership & Expansion
  • Manage and grow assigned provincial accounts while being based in Manila
  • Travel regularly to key regions to open new accounts and expand distribution
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing provincial partners through consistent visits
  • Ensure proper execution of displays, product placement, and brand visibility in stores
  • Identify opportunities in underserved areas and drive market penetration
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends across different regions

2. Business Development & Sales Growth

  • Drive expansion of accounts and achieve consistent revenue growth
  • Execute sales strategies that improve sell-in and sell-out performance
  • Negotiate pricing, promos, and trade agreements aligned with company goals
  • Customize proposals and programs based on each accounts needs
  • Consistently meet and exceed sales targets

3. Relationship Management

  • Build strong relationships with buyers, store managers, and decision-makers
  • Act as a trusted partner to accountsnot just a supplier
  • Collaborate with accounts on marketing initiatives and promotions
  • Maintain regular communication to ensure alignment and long-term growth

4. Business Reviews & Strategy Execution

  • Conduct regular business reviews with key accounts
  • Present performance insights, opportunities, and action plans
  • Analyze effectiveness of promotions and recommend improvements
  • Adjust strategies based on field insights and actual store conditions

5. Order Management & Execution

  • Oversee end-to-end order processing using SAP
  • Ensure accuracy in pricing, orders, and delivery schedules
  • Coordinate with logistics and finance for smooth fulfillment
  • Resolve issues related to orders, deliveries, and returns promptly

6. Collections & Operational Discipline

  • Manage accounts receivable and ensure timely collections
  • Maintain accurate and updated account records
  • Ensure all sales materials and tools are current and properly utilized


What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or any related field
  • 35 years experience in Sales, Business Development, or Account Management (FMCG / distribution experience preferred)
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Highly organized, analytical, and results-driven
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Experience with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage)
  • Must be willing to travel frequently to provincial areas
  • Must have a valid drivers license
  • Self-starter who thrives in a field-based environment
