Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Office Associate based in Paraaque. The Office Associate will manage daily administrative tasks, provide customer service support, and assist with accounting-related duties. Responsibilities include organizing office operations, maintaining records, responding to client inquiries, and performing general office administration to ensure smooth business operations.

Qualifications

Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients and team members effectively

Proficiency in Administrative Assistance and Office Administration tasks

Basic understanding or experience in Accounting functions

Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

Proficiency in relevant software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)

Ability to work collaboratively and maintain focus in a fast-paced environment

Experience in a related field or a degree in Business Administration or a related discipline is an advantage

Having an experience with Sales is also an advantage
