A Travel Reservation Specialist assists customers with booking and managing travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, tours, and packages. The role focuses on providing accurate travel information, resolving booking issues, and ensuring a seamless customer experience through phone, chat, or email support.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist customers with making, modifying, or canceling travel reservations.
• Provide information on flights, hotels, tour packages, pricing, and travel policies.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues related to booking errors, refunds, or cancellations.
• Process reservations accurately using travel booking systems and CRM tools.
• Communicate with airlines, hotels, or travel partners to confirm availability or resolve concerns.
• Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards.
• Meet response time, accuracy, and customer satisfaction targets.

Required Skills & Qualifications
