Customer Service Representative (CSR) Caldwell Communications

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused individuals to join Caldwell Communications as Customer Service Representatives. This is a great opportunity for both experienced agents and beginners who want to build a career in the BPO industry.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, or chat
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies
• Resolve issues on the first contact whenever possible
• Maintain detailed and accurate customer records
• Meet performance targets and quality standards

Qualifications:

• At least High School graduate (Senior High School preferred)
• Good to excellent communication skills
• Basic computer and navigation skills
• With or without BPO experience
• Willing to work on-site and in shifting schedules
