Description

Monitor and maintain the accounts receivable ledger for all customer accounts.
Record and post payments received from customers.
Track outstanding balances and follow up with the appropriate departments.
Verify sales invoices, receipts, and supporting documents before encoding.
Match recorded sales transactions with actual payments received from customers.
Prepare accounts receivable reports and submit updates to top management.
Identify discrepancies between sales invoices and payments collected.
Proactively question, study, and escalate discrepancies to the appropriate departments.
Maintain accurate documentation of reconciliations and adjustments.
