Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to effectively promote the companys products and services, ensuring alignment with overall business goals and target market strategies.
- Create, manage, and publish engaging content across social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Telegram, and other relevant channels to strengthen brand presence and audience engagement.
- Assist in developing marketing materials, including advertisements, social media captions, promotional assets, email content, and landing page copy to support lead generation and brand awareness efforts.
- Set up, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads) to drive quality leads, registrations, and conversions while maximizing return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, such as clicks, impressions, cost per lead, sign-ups, and conversion rates, and prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Conduct competitor and market research to identify trends, opportunities, and gaps in the market, helping refine marketing strategies and positioning.
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends, platform algorithm changes, and industry developments to continuously improve campaign performance and content effectiveness.
- Collaborate closely with the Sales Team to ensure lead quality, align marketing and sales strategies, and improve overall conversion rates from inquiry to closed deal.
- Coordinate with influencers, brand ambassadors, and strategic partners to execute promotional campaigns, manage partnerships, and expand brand reach to targeted audiences.
Job Requirements
Proven experience as a marketing, social media, digital marketing, graphic design, communications or similar role
Thorough understanding of marketing elements (including traditional and digital marketing such as SEO/Social media etc.) and market research methods
Demonstrable experience in marketing data analytics and tools
Solid computer skills, including MS Office, marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite and CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)
Knowledge of HTML, CSS and web development tools (e.g. Dreamweaver) desired
Well-organized and detail-oriented
Exceptional communication and writing skills
Commercial awareness partnered with a creative mind
