Sales Associate, Las Pinas

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals
• Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, quotations, and contracts
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients by providing after-sales support and addressing inquiries
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in CRM tools or logs
• Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., logistics, finance, and production) to ensure smooth transaction flow
• Conduct product presentations and client meetings
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor activities
• Participate in sales events, trade shows, and promotional activities

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• With at least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or account management (fresh graduates may also be considered)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Willing to travel and work on-site/client site if needed
• With pleasing personality and a customer-first mindset
