Graphic Designer, Paranaque

JOB SUMMARY

At Landers.ph, we see graphic design as visual storytelling that engages, informs, and inspires. We're looking for a talented graphic designer who can interpret campaign briefs and create visual representations, in digital, print and production. The ideal candidate will have expert knowledge of current design language and be skilled in every step of the design process, from concept to final deliverable. Collaborating with multiple teams across the company, The successful candidate will have a thorough understanding of branding and marketing ecommerce, and be able to find the right style and layout for every project.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design Creation: Conceptualize and produce Key visual assets (web banners, social media post, digital ads, catalogue etc.) for digital, print and production.
• Brand Alignment: Maintain brand consistency across all marketing, social media, and website materials.
• Project Management: Study and interpret campaign briefs, determine requirements, and manage task from concept to completion within deadlines
• Collaboration: Work with creative team, campaign and marketing team, and other requesting department to refine designs based on feedback
• Asset Management: Prepare final, post and print ready files and optimize images for web/digital platforms.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design, fine arts, or a related field.

Technical Skills:

• Mastery of design software like the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and tools like Canva, Figma.
• Plus with video editing and motion graphics skills (Premier Pro, After Effects)
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition.

Soft Skills:

• Communication: Ability to clearly articulate design choices and negotiate project briefs with internal and external clients.
• Time Management: Capacity to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines.
• Creative Problem Solving: Developing unique visual solutions to complex communication challenges.
