Job Title: Project Manager (Office & Home Furniture Division)

As the Project Manager for our Office and Home Furniture Division, you will own the entire project lifecyclefrom initial kick-off to final turnover. Your mission is to ensure every project is delivered with meticulous planning, seamless coordination, and strict adherence to timelines and budgets without compromising quality.


Core Responsibilities
  • Strategic Project Planning: Develop comprehensive end-to-end plans outlining tasks, milestones, resource requirements, and timelines. Ensure every project aligns with broader business objectives.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate, real-time documentation (contracts, plans, and progress reports). Provide management with regular status updates, risk assessments, and proactive solutions.
  • Resource & Tool Management: Efficiently allocate manpower, time, and equipment. Implement strategies to optimize productivity and minimize resource wastage.
  • Monitoring & Problem Resolution: Proactively identify potential bottlenecks using historical data and real-time monitoring. Deliver practical, feasible solutions to challenges encountered on-site or in production.
  • Team Leadership & Delegation: Empower the team by delegating tasks based on individual strengths. Foster a collaborative environment through regular meetings and feedback loops.
  • Adaptive Decision-Making: Always explore and present alternative options (Plan B/C) to overcome obstacles. Demonstrate flexibility when project variables change.
  • Cost & Quality Control: Ensure strict adherence to budget constraints. Maintain a "keen eye for detail" to guarantee that every piece of furniture meets the highest craftsmanship standards.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between customers, internal teams, and external vendors to ensure total customer satisfaction and smooth project flow.


Required Qualifications
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically within the home or office furniture industry.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineer, or a related technical field.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of construction methods, materials, building codes, and furniture manufacturing processes.
  • Software Proficiency: Highly proficient in Project Management software (e.g., MS Project, Asana, Monday.com, or similar tools).
  • Track Record: A solid history of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to manage diverse teams and high-profile clients.
