UniQuality Food Corporation is a strategic provider of premium fresh frozen food and value added seafood and meat products. We are seeking an energetic and highly motivated Sales and Marketing Assistant to support our sales initiatives and help bring our products to more tables!

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for a junior professional looking to build a robust career in the food service industry. You will work closely with our Sales and Marketing Supervisor and General Manager, blending administrative support, social media assistance, and active field sales work to help generate leads and support our B2B and B2C campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

Sales: Assist the Supervisor during fieldwork, client visits, and product presentations to restaurants, distributors, and retail partners; Manage in-house and online sales.

Lead Generation: Help research and identify prospective B2B clients and market opportunities.

Marketing Assistance: Support the creation and scheduling of content for our B2C social media and e-commerce platforms.

Administration: Maintain organized sales records, customer databases, and marketing reports and arrange timely deliveries.

Qualifications:

Experience: Entry-level up to 2 years of experience in administration, sales, or marketing. Fresh graduates with a strong drive to learn are welcome to apply!

Industry Interest: A strong interest in building a career in the sales and distribution of fresh frozen and value added seafood and meat products.

Work Style: Willingness to spend significant time doing fieldwork and traveling to meet potential clients.

Skills: Highly organized, excellent communication skills, tech-savvy, and familiar with basic social media trends.
