Responsibilities

Promote and grow memberships through partnerships with businesses and organizations.
Conduct outreach activities to acquire new members and increase brand awareness.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate partners and clients.
Identify opportunities for bulk membership acquisitions and collaborations.
Meet and exceed assigned membership sales targets.
Represent the company in field sales, events, and promotional activities.
Provide excellent customer service and assist potential members with inquiries.

Job Requirements

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
13 years of experience in sales, field sales, B2B sales, business development, or account management.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills.
Comfortable with field work and external partnership activities.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
