Qualifications:

At least 6 months BPO experience

Healthcare account experience is not required but a big advantage

Good English communication skills

RCM Experience is a strong advantage:

Patient Scheduling & Registration, Insurance Verification, Charge Capture, Medical Coding, Claim Submission, Payment Posting, Denial Management, Patient Billing & Collections

Key Responsibilities:

Handle patient, provider, and insurance inquiries regarding claims, billing, and benefits

Provide accurate support and resolve account issues quickly

Document all interactions in the system

Collaborate with internal teams for complex patient care cases

RCM tasks like insurance verification, claim submission, payment posting, and billing (if experienced)
