Financial Analyst (FP&A), Paranaque

Job description

• Analyze financial statements and reports to Management.
• Prepare and submit reports such as but not limited to Income Statement, Financial Report and Budget Report.
• Perform monthly Balance Sheet and Cash Flow.
• Provide timely, relevant and accurate reporting and analysis of the results of the hospital and departmental performance against historical, budgeted, forecasted and strategic planning results.
• Support the Management in decision-making towards the achievement of the budget and strategic plan.
• Maintain and develop various financial models and standard templates for use by all of Finance during the planning process, ensuring quality, accuracy and focused analytic review.
• Prepare OPEX and other Income analysis with comparison (per department and as a whole).
• Prepare and analyze CAPEX reports, comparing the actual purchase vs budget.
• Investigate and report any inconsistencies.
• Oversee Property Plant and Equipment Schedule for the hospital.
• Handle requested reports by government offices and external auditors regarding financials.
• Consolidate all department budgets into organizational budget.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or other related programs.
• At least 1 year of accounting/financial analysis experience coming from hospital/healthcare industry.
• Has experience using Hospital Information System. Preferably BizBox or any related system.
