Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven professional to join our team as a Business Development / Marketing Executive in the construction and engineering sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, promoting our construction services, and building strong professional relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and business owners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the companys construction services.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the construction, engineering, and related industries.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the company at client meetings, site visits, and industry networking events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project coordination and client satisfaction.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic business decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in marketing or sales within the construction, engineering, or related industry is preferred.
• Strong professional network, especially with business owners, contractors, developers, and potential clients.
• Bilingual in Chinese and Filipino (or Chinese-Filipino) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Willingness to conduct site visits, attend client meetings, and participate in networking events.
• Knowledge of construction projects, bidding processes, or project coordination is an advantage.
