Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor e-commerce sales performance across multiple brands to achieve consolidated revenue targets and support business growth objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of four e-commerce specialists, ensuring clear role assignments, performance tracking, and professional growth.
- Ensure cost-effective operations by optimizing budget allocation and controlling operational expenses.
- Oversee the development and execution of strategic advertising campaigns and optimize product listings to maximize online visibility and ROI.
- Regularly track, analyze, and report on key e-commerce performance indicators to evaluate store health and inform decision-making.
- Leverage and enhance the use of various marketing tools to improve customer engagement and campaign success.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly, ensuring a high standard of customer satisfaction and retention.
- Manage inventory levels to ensure accuracy, availability, and timely replenishment in alignment with sales demands.
- Work closely with marketing, creative, and operations teams to align campaigns, promotions, and logistical support with organizational goals.
- Stayresponsive to evolving market trends by initiating and supporting new e-commerce strategies such as affiliate marketing, live selling, and other innovative tactics.
- Initiate, set up, and manage a live selling business for the company, including planning content, coordinating schedules, and integrating with brand marketing strategies.
- Analyze e-commerce data to generate insights, develop strategies, and implement action plans that optimize performance and foster continuous improvement.
- Coordinate platform-specific strategies and promotions tailored to each brand's unique target audience while maintaining operational consistency.
