Branch Supervisor, Paranaque

Job Summary

The Branch Supervisor is responsible for supervising daily operations of our newly opened Xiaomi Philippines branch in Parqal Mall Paranaque ensuring excellent customer service, achieving sales targets, and supporting the Store Manager in managing staff, inventory, and store performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily branch operations and ensure smooth store activities.
• Assist in managing and guiding sales staff to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer concerns.
• Monitor product displays and ensure Xiaomi products are properly promoted.
• Assist in inventory monitoring, stock replenishment, and stock counts.
• Prepare daily sales reports and support store administrative tasks.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and store standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• 13 years of experience in retail or sales supervision. Preferably in consumer electronics industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Familiarity with smartphones or tech products is an advantage.
• Ability to work flexible retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
