Job Title: Logistics Staff
Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Logistics Staff to support daily logistics and shipping operations. The role involves coordinating deliveries, preparing shipping documents, and performing field work related to customs and logistics processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in coordinating shipments and delivery schedules
- Prepare and process logistics and shipping documents
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, brokers, and transport providers
- Monitor shipment status and ensure timely delivery
- Perform field work such as document processing with customs, ports, and related offices
- Maintain accurate records of logistics transactions
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in BS Customs Administration or any related field
- 1 - 2 years of experience is required
- Willing to perform field work and travel when required
- Knowledge of logistics and shipping documentation is an advantage
- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
- Good communication and coordination skills
- residing near Paranaque City only
