Qualifications:

With proven experience in Freight Forwarding

Knowledgeable in Incoterms and understands the roles and responsibilities of the buyer and seller

Experienced in coordinating with local and international agents to request freight rates

Can prepare accurate and competitive quotations for clients

Has the ability to follow through and close deals

Willing to conduct client visits and handle telesales

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Detail-oriented and organized

Job Responsibilities:

Coordinate with agents and partners to secure competitive freight rates

Prepare and send quotations to prospective clients

Follow up on quotations and ensure successful deal closure

Conduct client visits and telesales activities to generate new business

Maintain strong relationships with clients and agents

Provide excellent customer service and shipment updates
