CRS STAFF
Customer Relations Specialist (CRS) is responsible for managing customer communication, coordinating shipment-related inquiries, resolving logistics issues, and ensuring smooth end-to-end service delivery. This role acts as the liaison between customers, operations, drivers, and warehouse teams to ensure timely and accurate movement of goods.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries related to shipments, delivery status, and logistics services.
- Coordinate with warehouse, transport, and dispatch teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Provide tracking updates, ETAs, and resolve delivery delays or issues.
- Manage shipment documents (PODs, delivery notes, invoices, manifests).
- Log customer interactions and update records in CRM/ERP systems.
- Address complaints, investigate issues, and follow up with customers.
- Maintain strong communication and relationships with clients and carriers.
- Support logistics operations with scheduling, routing, and order follow-ups.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of CUSTOMS ADMINISTRATION or any business or related course (or equivalent experience).
- Knowledge of shipping, transport, and warehouse processes is an advantage.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
- Competence in MS Office.
