Brand Marketing Manager, Las Pinas

Key Responsibilities

1. Brand Strategy & Positioning

• Develop and execute the annual brand marketing strategy aligned with business and sales objectives
• Define target segments and establish clear consumer positioning
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all customer touchpoints
• Conduct competitive benchmarking and market trend analysis

2. Product Marketing & Launch Management

• Lead go-to-market strategies for new product launches
• Develop product value propositions and pricing strategies
• Coordinate cross-functionally with product, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure launch readiness
• Prepare sales kits, product training materials, and dealer support tools

3. Campaign & Digital Marketing Management

• Plan and implement integrated ATL and BTL campaigns (TV, radio, print, digital, retail)
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including social media, e-commerce platforms, and SEO/SEM
• Oversee creative development and agency partnerships
• Monitor campaign ROI and optimize marketing performance

4. Trade & Retail Marketing

• Develop in-store branding and promotional programs
• Support distributor and dealer marketing initiatives
• Manage merchandising standards and POS materials
• Coordinate seasonal promotions and sales activations

5. Budget & Performance Management

• Manage the annual marketing budget effectively
• Track KPIs including brand awareness, market share, sales growth, and ROI Analyze sales performance and recommend strategic improvements

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred)
• 58+ years of experience in brand marketing, preferably in appliances or consumer electronics
• Strong experience in integrated marketing campaigns and product launches
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and brand performance
