Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of products including cakes, pastries, breads, cookies, and specialty desserts
Follow standardized recipes and portion controls to maintain consistency and quality
Measure and mix ingredients accurately
Operate baking equipment such as ovens, mixers, proofers, and sheeters
Monitor baking times and temperatures to ensure optimal results
Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations
Decorate basic baked goods when required
Comply with food safety and sanitation standards
