Prepares meat by cutting, trimming. Their responsibilities include preparing meat cuts according to customer specifications, maintaining hygiene standards, managing inventory, and potentially interacting with customers. 

Meat Preparation:

• Cutting, trimming, and grinding various types of meat, including beef, pork, poultry, and seafood, into specific cuts for retail sale. 

Customer Service:

• Preparing custom cuts of meat, answering customer questions, and advising on cooking methods. 

Hygiene and Sanitation:

• Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation regulations, and ensuring the freshness of meat products. 

Inventory Management:

• Tracking inventory levels, ordering meat supplies, and managing stock rotation to minimize waste. 

Equipment Maintenance:

• Sharpening knives, maintaining cutting equipment, and ensuring proper storage of meat products. 

Specialty Tasks:

• May include tasks like seasoning, smoking, or curing meat, or preparing sausages and other meat products. 
• At least less than 1 year of experience
• At least high school graduate
