Were looking for a passionate and responsible Milk Tea Barista / Beverage Specialist to join our team in Paraaque City. If you have hands-on experience in a milk tea shop or coffee shop and can communicate in English, this role is for you.

• Prepare milk tea, coffee, and specialty beverages according to standard recipes
• Ensure consistent taste, presentation, and quality for every cup
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the bar area, tools, and workstations
• Manage daily prep (tea brewing, toppings, ingredients) and reduce waste
• Provide friendly service and communicate clearly with customers in English when needed
• Follow store SOPs and assist with basic inventory / stock checks

• English communication is required
• Experience in a milk tea shop or coffee shop is required
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Good attitude, teamwork mindset, and willingness to learn

• PHP 20,00025,000 / month (based on experience & performance)
• 46 days off per month
• Overtime pay provided when applicable
• 13th Month Pay
• Double pay on holidays
• Team perks: staff meals / team gatherings (irregularly scheduled)
