Creator Partnerships Manager (E-Casino), Paranaque

Were hiring a Creator Partnerships Manager to grow and manage our network of streamers, creators, and online partners in the e-casino and online gaming space. Youll work closely with casino streamers and content creators to build high-impact partnerships, launch campaigns, and drive player engagement while ensuring brand and regulatory compliance.

This role is ideal for someone who understands casino streaming culture, creator marketing, and fast-moving startup environments.

Source, recruit, and onboard casino streamers, influencers, and content creators.

Manage daily coordination with creators, including schedules, content plans, and campaign execution.

Develop and maintain partnerships with gaming communities, affiliates, and digital platforms.

Plan and execute creator-led promotions, live streams, and brand collaborations.

Coordinate with Marketing, PR, Compliance, and Operations teams to ensure aligned messaging and execution.

Monitor creator performance (views, engagement, sign-ups, deposits, retention) and prepare reports.

Ensure creators follow brand guidelines, platform rules, and applicable gaming regulations.

Act as the primary point of contact for creators regarding concerns, updates, and partnership growth.

What Were Looking For

Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, affiliates, or online gaming/e-casino.

Strong knowledge of streaming platforms (Facebook Gaming, X, YouTube, TikTok, IG, Threads etc).

Understanding of responsible gaming and compliance requirements is a plus.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.

Highly organized and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.

Background in casino, betting, or iGaming content is an advantage.
