Work Schedule: Monday- Friday 9am-6pm

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Any related field.
• With at least 1-2 years of experience in Air Import/Export role.
• Experience working in a Logistics Company is an advantage.
• Amendable to attend face to face interview.
• Amendable to attend to work onsite.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle air import and export shipment processing from booking to delivery
• Coordinate with airlines, overseas agents, and local partners
• Prepare, check, and submit shipping and customs documents
• Monitor flight schedules and track shipment status
• Assist in customs clearance and cargo release procedures
• Coordinate cargo delivery, pickup, and warehouse handling
• Ensure compliance with trade, customs, and aviation regulations
• Update clients on shipment status and resolve basic operational issues
