1. Plans & Design
  • Create designs & plans for permits and project ventures
  • Create rendering for marketing ads
2. Project Management
  • Site Operations: Conduct inspection of site and coordinate with Foreman / Lead man for Management reporting
  • Equipment Management: Ensure that equipment is well maintained and accounted for
3. Procurement
  • Order supplies to suppliers as & when needed / raised by Foreman
  • Monitor delivery and receipt issuance
  • Coordination with admin for Supplier payment
4. Modular Cabinets
  • Prepare cutting list and design cabinets for all projects under the company
  • Coordinate procurement of materials and quality control of completed projects, including on-site inspection of delivered materials and monitoring of the construction of the cabinets


Technical Skills Required:

  • Proficiency in: AutoCAD and SketchUp.
  • Rendering & Visualization: Enscape, Lumion, or D5 Render.
