Pure Email/Chat Agent (Non-Voice) Newbie Friendly, Paranaque

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email/Chat Support Agent to handle customer inquiries through email and live chat platforms. This is a non-voice role, making it ideal for applicants who prefer written communication. Training will be provided, so this position is newbie-friendly.

• Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies
• Resolve customer concerns and issues through written communication
• Document and update customer records in the system
• Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department when necessary
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent written support
• Follow company guidelines and quality standards

• At least Senior High School Graduate or College Level (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• No prior BPO experience required (training will be provided)
• Good written communication skills in English
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple systems
• Willing to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
• Can work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in chat or email support
• Familiarity with CRM tools and ticketing systems
