Maintenance Manager, Paranaque

To oversee all repair and maintenance activities across facilities, equipment, and infrastructure. This includes strategic planning, team leadership, budget management, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.

Qualification:

• Bachelors degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or related field.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Proficiency in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems).
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
