Description

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence, drive store traffic, and increase sales across retail and digital channels. This role requires a strong understanding of the Philippine fashion retail market, consumer behavior, and both online and offline marketing initiatives.


Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy & Brand Management
  • Develop and implement integrated marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
  • Ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
  • Manage seasonal campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.
Retail & Trade Marketing
  • Plan and execute in-store marketing, visual promotions, and mall-based activations.
  • Coordinate with mall marketing teams and retail operations for campaigns and events.
  • Support store openings, sales events, and promotional rollouts.
Digital & Performance Marketing
  • Oversee digital marketing efforts including social media, paid ads, email marketing, and website campaigns.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics and optimize campaigns for traffic and conversion.
  • Work with creative and content teams to produce engaging fashion-focused content.
Budget & Performance Management
  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective campaign execution.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, ROI, and market trends.
  • Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Collaborate closely with sales, merchandising, and operations teams to align marketing initiatives with store needs.
  • Work with external agencies, suppliers, and partners as required.


Qualifications
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 46 years of experience in marketing, preferably within fashion retail, apparel, or lifestyle brands.
  • Strong understanding of retail marketing, trade marketing, and digital marketing strategies.
  • Experience managing social media platforms, digital advertising, and marketing analytics.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and project management skills
  • Creative mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and marketing tools/platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
  • Willing to work on-site in Paraaque and attend mall or store-related activities as needed.
