Promodiser (Promoter / Merchandiser)

A Promodiser (promoter/merchandiser) is responsible for promoting products, assisting customers, and ensuring products are properly displayed to increase sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and explain product features and benefits to customers
• Assist customers and answer product-related questions
• Encourage customers to try or purchase products
• Set up and maintain attractive product displays
• Monitor stock levels and report out-of-stock items
• Achieve sales targets and promotion goals
• Submit daily sales or activity reports
• Follow company policies and promotional guidelines

Qualifications and Skills:

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, friendly, and persuasive personality
• Sales or promotional experience is an advantage
• Willing to stand for long hours and work in a fast-paced environment
• At least high school graduate

General Requirements:

• COE if previously employed
• Diploma
• TOR (Transcript of Recods)
• NBI or Police Clearance
• Barangay Clearance
• At least 1 valid ID
• Government mandatory (SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and TIN
