The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, sales, marketing, and performance of the store. This role ensures that branch activities align with company standards, sales targets, and customer service excellence. The Branch Manager leads and develops the team, drives local marketing initiatives, and upholds the brand image while achieving growth and profitability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITES:

Branch Operations & Management

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and retail standards.
  • Monitor inventory levels, stock movements, and coordinate with logistics for timely replenishment.
  • Maintain proper merchandising, store cleanliness, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Sales, Marketing & Business Development

  • Drive branch sales to achieve or exceed monthly and annual targets.
  • Develop and execute local marketing strategies and promotional activities to increase foot traffic and revenue.
  • Actively market the branch and brand within the community through partnerships, events, and networking.
  • Analyze sales performance and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
  • Build strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff (sales consultants, cashiers, and support staff).
  • Set individual and team performance goals and conduct regular evaluations.
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to improve staff skills and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Foster a positive, customer-focused, and high-performance work culture.

Customer Service & Brand Representation

  • Ensure high standards of customer service, addressing inquiries and complaints effectively.
  • Represent the brand professionally in all branch interactions and community engagements.

Reporting & Administration

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on sales, marketing initiatives, expenses, and operational performance.
  • Manage branch budgets, cash handling, and safeguard company assets.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, health, and safety standards.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • At least 23 years of experience in retail management, preferably in consumer electronics or mobile industry.
  • Willing to go under 2-3 months training at our Head Office at Quiapo Manila.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing retail operations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of inventory management and retail reporting systems.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
