The Operations Manager Construction will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day construction operations to ensure projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality standards. The role involves coordinating with site teams, engineers, contractors, and support functions to drive efficient project delivery.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily construction site operations and engineering teams.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and as per specifications.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and internal departments.
• Monitor site productivity, safety, and quality compliance.
• Identify risks and implement corrective actions to improve efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• 35 years of experience in construction operations or site management.
• Strong leadership and coordination skills.
• Good knowledge of construction processes and safety standards.
