Inventory Specialist, Paranaque

• Monitor & Control: Maintain optimal stock levels, preventing shortages (stockouts) or excess inventory (overstock).
• Accuracy: Conduct cycle counts and physical inventories, resolving discrepancies to ensure records match physical stock.
• Coordination: Work with purchasing, production, sales, and warehouse teams to forecast needs and plan stock replenishment.
• System Management: Use inventory/ERP software for tracking, data entry, and generating reports.
• Receiving & Dispatch: Oversee the processing, stocking, and shipment of incoming and outgoing goods.
• Supplier Liaison: Communicate with vendors for timely deliveries and to resolve issues.
• Process Improvement: Identify and recommend ways to improve inventory accuracy and efficiency. 

Essential Skills & Qualifications

• Analytical & Problem-Solving: Strong ability to analyze data and resolve issues.
• Attention to Detail: Crucial for accurate record-keeping and counting.
• Communication: Effectively liaise with internal teams and external suppliers.

• Education: Often a Bachelor's in Logistics, Business, or a related field, with relevant experience.
