Job Description:
The Enterprise Agent is responsible for handling and supporting high-value business clients by providing timely, accurate, and professional assistance. The role includes managing service inquiries, resolving escalated concerns, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring excellent customer experience for enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries from enterprise clients through calls, email, or ticketing.
- Provide accurate information on products, services, and technical issues.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex concerns.
- Monitor and update client accounts, service requests, and documentation.
- Ensure high-quality service delivery and maintain strong client relationships.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or relevant experience in customer service or account management.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Experience handling corporate or enterprise accounts is an advantage.
