Position: Private Equity Analyst

Company Industry: Financial Services

Work Location: Pasay City

Work Schedule: Night Shift (9:00 PM- 6:00AM

Salary: Php 85,000-Php 90,000

Work Set Up: Hybrid (2-4x a month)

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

Bachelors degree Holder in Accounting and Finance

At least 1 to 3 years experience in Private Equity

Experience in private fund accounting is an advantage

Amenable to attend interviews

Can start as soon as possible

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Oversee the management of private equity funds, including negotiation, supervision, and credit administration when required.

Manage team transactions, ensuring accurate cash flow handling, reconciliation, and financial record maintenance.

Serve as the primary point of contact for performance reporting within the organization.

Work closely with finance and investment teams to review quarterly results and assess overall team performance.

Provide support for special initiatives and ad-hoc tasks, including preparing investor communications and updates.
