Job description:

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Supports Finance and Treasury Manager by performing clerical tasks, including processing and recording transactions.

Performs basic office tasks, such as filing, data entry, answering customer inquiries related to their account status.

Assists in preparing financial reports.

Assists with audits, document checks, and resolving discrepancies.

Monitoring of issued invoices to customers based on services rendered and/or goods sold.

Organize the bookkeeping processes to ensure all are well recorded.

Evaluates financial budgets and track expenses.

Reconcile financial books including incoming and outgoing funds.

Reconcile invoices received and other supporting documents from Admin Assistant.

Track expenses as related to specific projects and jobs.

Key data into company accounting system.

Checks reimbursement and expense incurred by couriers during delivery, encodes in the system and generate voucher.

Responsible for the releasing of checks.
