Health Care Coordinator - Call Center Agent, Paranaque

Your Role:

• Respond to patient inquiries via phone and email, including appointment scheduling and confirmations
• Support referrals, pre-authorization processes, and follow-up communications
• Maintain accurate patient records while ensuring full HIPAA compliance
• Prepare, generate, and distribute medical reports

• High school graduates, college undergraduates, and degree holders
• No experience needed previous experience is an advantage
• Strong communication skills required
• Onsite work setup located in McKinley, Taguig
