General Accountant, Paranaque

Responsibilities

The Accounting Staff will be responsible for managing accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring timely and accurate processing. The role includes reconciling bank statements and ledger accounts, as well as maintaining complete and accurate financial records. The candidate will assist in month-end and year-end closing activities and provide support during audits and tax preparations. Additional accounting duties may be assigned as needed to support overall financial operations.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of accounting or a related field, with at least three years of experience in accounting or finance. They must have a strong understanding of GAAP and be proficient in Excel as well as accounting systems such as QuickBooks or SAP. The role requires someone who is detail-oriented, analytical, and reliable, with excellent communication skills. The candidate must also be willing to work on-site at PITX.
