Patient Care Coordinator (CSR), Paranaque

Your Responsibilities:

• Respond to patient phone calls, emails, and appointment inquiries
• Support referral processing, pre-authorizations, and status updates
• Maintain and update patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance
• Prepare, organize, and distribute medical reports

Accepting applicants who are HS graduates, college level, or college graduates

No prior experience needed having experience is simply an advantage

Must possess good communication skills
