Project Supervisor, Las Pinas

SinoTech Asia Construction Inc. is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our dynamic team in Las Pinas Project. As a Project Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful delivery of our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee all aspects of construction projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and task management
• Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to address issues and maintain positive working relationships
• Identify and resolve any problems or delays that may arise during the construction process
• Provide regular progress reports to project manager and to the management
• Mentor and provide guidance to junior members of the construction team
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our construction processes and procedures

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Supervisor in the construction industry. Experience under Gen Con is an advantage
• With experience in mid-rise residential tower projects
• Proven work experience in Structural/ Civil and Architectural is a must.
• Certification in project management or construction management is a plus
• Thorough understanding of construction management principles, including project planning, scheduling, and cost control
• Proven ability to read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think critically and find practical solutions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with various stakeholders
• Proficient in the use of construction management software and tools
• Familiarity with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety protocols in the Philippines
