Process cargo and baggage documentation, including weight and balance reports
Maintain accurate and organized records of flight documents for audit and legal compliance
Assist with the handling of customs, immigration, and quarantine documents for international flights
Support operational reporting by updating flight logs, incident reports, and delay records
Help monitor operational systems to track the status of flights, passenger loads, and cargo
Provide real-time updates to supervisors in case of irregularities or missing documentation
