Healthcare Call Center Agent, Paranaque

• Respond to patient phone calls, emails, and appointment verification requests
• Support referral processing, prior authorizations, and follow-up tasks
• Maintain and update patient records while adhering to HIPAA regulations
• Prepare, generate, and distribute medical reports

Qualifications:

• High school diploma, some college coursework, or a college degree
• Experience not required; background in a healthcare account is an advantage
