Listens and resolves the customer's concerns and queries
Maintains positive attitude and calmly
Responds to complaints, resolves issues and troubleshoots technical problems
Delivers information about a company's offerings
Provides pro-active and extra mile service
Collects and analyzes customer's feedback and responds to customer's reviews
Develops and documents knowledge into helpful content
Ensures prompt resolution of customer complaints and review feedback to continually improve the entertainment across platform
Identifies service gaps and establishes programs to address the gaps
Assist in driving the customer loyalty strategy of the platform and ensuring every agent have a strong education on desired programs
Requirements:
2 years in College or Bachelor's Degree holder
1 to 2 years experience as CSR (Chat/Call Support).
Good communication, reading comprehension and problem-solving skills.
Must be willing to work onsite, 5 days a week, shifting schedule and holidays.
